Role Description The System Sales Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Greater Kuala Lumpur. This role involves collaborating with the sales team to design and propose technical system solutions that meet client requirements, particularly in the Group’s core business areas. The System Sales Engineer will conduct technical presentations and product demonstrations, respond to requests for proposals, and provide pre- and post-sales technical support. Day-to-day activities include systems analysis, configuration support, troubleshooting, and coordinating with internal engineering and operations teams to ensure successful solution implementation. The role also requires maintaining up-to-date knowledge of relevant technologies and contributing to continuous improvement of technical sales processes.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong skills in Systems Engineering and Systems Design to develop and present tailored technical solutions.
• Candidates should possess capabilities in Troubleshooting and Technical Support to resolve client issues and ensure system reliability.
• Candidates should possess experience in System Administration to manage configurations, monitor system performance, and support deployments.
• Relevant academic background in Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Experience in technical sales, solution engineering, or similar roles, preferably within industrial, manufacturing, or technology sectors.
• Strong analytical, communication, and presentation skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
• Fluency in English; proficiency in additional languages commonly used in Malaysia is an advantage.
• Knowledgeable in fire fighting system.
