Position: Kitchen Crew (Back of House)

We’re looking for passionate, disciplined and hardworking individuals to join our kitchen team at The Chubs Grill and Happy Chubs! If you have a love for food, enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and want to be part of a growing brand, we want to hear from you!

Your Role:

• Food Preparation: Assist with preparing ingredients and prepping food for service.
• Cooking: Follow recipes and ensure the consistent quality of food.
• Maintain Cleanliness: Keep the kitchen, tools and equipment clean and organized.
• Teamwork: Collaborate with fellow kitchen staff to ensure timely and accurate orders.
• Food Safety & Hygiene: Adhere to all food safety, hygiene, and cleanliness standards.

What We’re Looking For:

• Experience: Previous kitchen experience is a plus, but training is available for passionate beginners.
• Skills: Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.
• Attitude: Punctual, disciplined and a strong team player with a willingness to learn.
• Education: Minimum SPM or related qualifications in Culinary Arts is an advantage.
