Project Management Intern Jobs, Salary up to MYR 800 in BST SERI USAHA SD BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Descriptions:

• Assist the project management team in coordinating and monitoring assigned projects under the guidance of management.
• Assist in preparing and maintaining project documentation, records, and correspondence.
• Monitor project progress and assist in updating project schedules, timelines, and work status.
• Assist in coordinating with project directors, contractors, consultants, clients, and other staff to ensure smooth project execution.
• Assist in preparing weekly and monthly project progress reports and other project-related documentation.
• Attend project meetings and assist in preparing meeting minutes, follow-up actions, and progress updates.
• Assist in monitoring project deliverables, deadlines, and outstanding matters.
• Assist in coordinating site activities and conducting site visits when required.
• Assist in tracking project issues, updates, and action items and follow up with relevant parties.
• Assist in preparing presentations, reports, and other documents required by management.
• Learn and use UBS billing or other company software effectively.
• Undertake other project coordination and ad-hoc tasks assigned by management.

Requirements:

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Project Management, Construction Management, Quantity Surveying, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Required language: English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Willing to travel in or outside Klang Valley for site visits, when required.
• Must have a valid motorbike or car license.
• Good communication, coordination, and reporting skills.
• Knowledgeable in MS Word, Excel, and PowerPoint, and willing to learn new software/tools.
• Good organisational skills, attention to detail, and ability to work as part of a team.
• Proactive, responsible, and willing to learn about project management and construction operations.

Job Type: Internship

Pay: From 800.00 (MYR) per month

Contract length: 3-6 months
