Sepenuh Masa Planner (Data Centre) Jobs, salary up to MYR 8,000 in Agensi Pekerjaan Business Edge Personnel Services Sdn. Bhd. Cyberjaya - Maukerja

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Responsible for creating, updating and monitoring project schedules in Microsoft Project and/or P6.
• Fully knowledgeable with the project contractual requirements and ensure compliance with work execution and reporting.
• Ensure planning practices and standards are consistent across each individual project.
• Provide reports including Critical Path, Critical milestone movement, Schedule Variance Report, S-Curve and other reports as needed by management.
• Analyze the data in these reports, identify trends, risks, issues, and work with other team members to resolve them.
• Support the tender submission process. Lead the creation of project schedule to the level required to be submitted for tender.
• Very good understanding of the S-Curve outputs and able to produce S-Curve from scratch.
• Able to provide meaningful commentary on S-Curves, relate back to the schedule and other schedule outputs.
• Experienced in managing risk and opportunity reviews, calculating schedule impact of risks and propose mitigation measures/plan.
• Generate clear comprehensive reporting to management.
• Extend the contractual completion EOT date of a project due to delays beyond the contractor’s control.
• Provide guidance and support to junior planners and other team members.
• Any other duties assigned by the project manager.

SUPERVISION:

• Receives daily supervision and workload from Project Manager
• Receives general supervision from the General Manager when required.

Pay: RM6,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
