Responsibilities

Job Description:
We are looking for a dedicated and tech-savvy Live Operation Admin to join our livestream operations team.
This role supports daily livestream activities, monitors live session performance, and coordinates with hosts and internal teams. It is ideal for candidates who are interested in growing their career in TikTok live operations and e-commerce environments.

Job Responsibilities
1. Prepare and set up livestream equipment (PC, mic, lighting, camera, etc.)
2. Support and monitor TikTok livestream sessions
3. Troubleshoot basic technical issues during livestreams
4. Track livestream performance and viewer engagement
5. Assist hosts during live sessions with reminders and coordination
6. Monitor comments and reply to simple customer questions (voice only)
7. Work closely with hosts and operations team for daily improvements

Requirements

  • Good communication, coordination, and teamwork skills
  • Detail-oriented, proactive, and responsible
  • Able to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment
  • Comfortable speaking occasionally during livestreams (voice only)
  • Flexible with working hours, including night shifts, weekends, and public holidays when needed
  • Able to work on-site at Petaling and commute warehouse when required
  • Able to work 5.5 days per week

Preferred Skills

  • Basic knowledge of livestream setup and TikTok live operations.
  • Tech-savvy and able to handle basic hardware/software troubleshooting.
  • Strong observation and problem-solving abilities during livestream sessions.
