Founded in 2013, LUSSONET is a premier online retailer specializing in authentic premium luxury bags, including Coach, Kate Spade and Michael Kors, sourced directly from USA outlets at up to 70% off retail prices. We firmly believe premium luxury can be made affordable to everyone.

Over the years we have grown from our online beginnings to establish out own retail store in Damansara Perdana, and expanded our presence on Zalora and Tik Tok shop, serving customers not just in Malaysia but also internationally including Singapore, Hong Kong and the Phillippines.

We are now looking for fashion driven, motivated individuals to join our team and grow with us. At LUSSONET, you will be part of a dynamic, fast paced e-commerce and retail environment, where your work directly impacts our operations, customer experience and growth.

Job Responsibilities:

  • Pick and pack online orders accurately and ensure parcels are packed neatly and securelyPrint shipping labels and prepare parcels for daily courier pickup
  • Assist with receiving incoming shipments (including products arriving from the USA), checking quantities, and arranging stock in the warehouse
  • Process and track product returns from Zalora and TikTok Shop, ensuring returned items are received and recorded correctly
  • Assist in responding to basic customer enquiries related to order status, shipping updates, or returns
  • To perform monthly stock take
  • Support the team with other operational tasks when required

Job Contract:

  • Responsible, organized, and detail-oriented
  • Able to work in a fast-paced e-commerce environment
  • Basic computer skills (comfortable using simple systems and spreadsheets)
  • Good communication skills in English
  • Prior warehouse, packing, or e-commerce experience is an advantage but not required

Pay: RM2,500.00 - RM3,000.00 per month
