Explore market opportunities, identify and develop new market information in various market and product segment.

Promote product aggressively to achieve the sales target by the company.

To carry out sales strategies towards achieving sales target and objectives.

Review and manage product complaints/product quality or any customers related issues.

Provide overall market feedback and analysis

Attend and meet customer's enquiries including quotation and customer purchase order including preparation of related documents eg: product and price listing, preparation of sales order upon received of customer Purchase Order, issuance of Delivery Order and Invoice

Prepare samples for customers.

Follow up and collect payment from customer

Establish good customer relationship professionally with all customers

Monitor stock movement in warehouse and ensure sufficient stock to meet sales requirement and on time delivery.

Undertake assignment given by the Marketing Manager/Operation Manager from time to time
