Responsibilities
The IT Officer/Manager will oversee the company’s IT infrastructure, ensuring seamless operations, data security, and system efficiency.
The role involves managing hardware, software, networks, and databases to support In Win's manufacturing, logistics, and administrative functions.
The incumbent will also drive digital transformation projects and ensure compliance with relevant data protection regulations.
Key Responsibilities
1. IT Infrastructure Management
• Manage and maintain company servers, networks, and workstations.
• Oversee IT hardware and software procurement, installation, and maintenance.
• Ensure uptime and reliability of IT systems critical to operations.
2. System Security
• Implement robust security protocols to protect company data and systems.
• Monitor and respond to cybersecurity threats and vulnerabilities.
• Ensure compliance with data protection laws and company policies.
3. Operational Support
• Provide IT support to employees for hardware, software, and system issues.
• Collaborate with other departments to address technology-related needs.
• Maintain inventory and documentation of IT assets.
4. System Development and Integration
• Manage ERP (Enterprise Resource Planning) systems to optimize workflows.
• Integrate new software and tools with existing systems.
• Automate processes to enhance productivity and reduce manual tasks.
5. Project Management
• Lead digital transformation initiatives, including transitioning to paperless systems.
• Oversee system upgrades and new software implementations.
• Coordinate with external vendors and consultants for specialized IT solutions.
6. Training and Documentation
• Train employees on new systems, tools, and cybersecurity best practices
• Develop and maintain user guides, manuals, and IT policies.
Qualifications
• Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Professional certifications (e.g., CCNA, ITIL, CompTIA Security+) are a plus.
Experience:
• Minimum 3 years of IT experience, preferably in manufacturing or logistics industries.
• Proven track record of managing ERP systems and digital transformation projects.
• Hands-on experience with network setup and administration.
Skills:
• Strong knowledge of hardware, software, and network management.
• Familiarity with manufacturing and logistics IT systems (e.g., MES, WMS).
• Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Effective communication skills for training and cross-department collaboration.
