• Assist in handling the company's daily financial and accounting affairs.

• Responsible for data entry, organization, and filing of financial documents.

• Handle accounts receivable (AR) and accounts payable (AP) transactions.

*

• Verify supplier invoices, customer payment records, and expense documents.

*

• Assist in bank reconciliation and account reconciliation.

*

• Assist in preparing monthly financial statements and management reports.

*

• Process employee expense reimbursements, payment applications, and expense approvals.

*

• Assist in GST filing, auditing, and tax document preparation.

*

• Maintain customer, supplier, and transaction records in the financial system.

*

• Complete other tasks assigned by the finance manager or supervisor.

Pay: $4,500.00 - $12,000.00 per month
