Job Responsibilities:

• Conduct and coordinate laboratory testing and analysis.
• Support urgent production and customer-related testing requests.
• Perform failure analysis and identify root causes of product issues.
• Operate and support qualification of laboratory equipment.
• Improve testing methods and laboratory processes.
• Monitor laboratory consumables and equipment availability.
• Prepare accurate and timely test reports.
• Maintain laboratory documentation and records.
• Ensure compliance with quality, safety, and audit requirements.
• Support reliability testing and new product introductions.
• Train and guide laboratory technicians.
• Promote continuous improvement, cost savings, and 5S activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to solve technical issues.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Materials Science, Electrical Engineering, Physics, Chemistry, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of experience in laboratory testing, failure analysis, or semiconductor/PCB manufacturing.
• Experience in analytical and reliability testing is preferred.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Knowledge of SPC, MSA, DOE, and statistical tools.
• Good communication skills in English.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and data management systems.
• Good time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently and within a team.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
