Job Description

• Responsible in planning, monitoring and coordination of production and delivery activities.
• To determine manpower, equipment and raw materials needed to cover production demanded.
• To be responsible to order and checks of incoming raw and packing materials, in process and finished products quality in accordance to product specifications.
• Ensuring the job sheet is created for each product order received, to identify the supply quantity of raw materials and packaging required is sufficient.
• Informing the warehouse party about the demand item is ready.
• Monitor and ensure that production works correctly and completes order at the given time.
• To optimize cost associated effects due to cost of production, inventory, stock out and capacity change during planning.
• Any other work as directed by the Manager.
• Production Planning has the authority for make the decisions/ gives instruction to all staff in the Production department/ Sales & Marketing department/ Warehouse & Logistic department in term of ensuring that all plans products produced reach its targeted and comply with authority of regulation requirements.
