JOB DESCRIPTION

• Plan, coordinate, and manage all aspects of construction projects.
• Supervise contractors, subcontractors, and site personnel.
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and legal requirements.
• Develop project timelines, budgets, and resource allocation plans.
• Monitor project progress and provide regular updates to stakeholders.
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality control and adherence to specifications.
• Resolve on-site issues and delays effectively.
• Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other construction professionals.
• Review and approve project plans, drawings, and change orders.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and records.

JOB REQUIREMENT

1. At least Diploma in Construction Building, Interior Design / Architecture, Project Management or equivalent

2. Proven experience in Interior Design projects.

3. Excellent project and leadership skills

4. Good communication and interpersonal skills

5. Min 5 years working experience in managing a construction site.
