Job Description :

1) Assist Senior Executive in the preparation of VE,m, rationalisation of rates, contract documentation, monthly valuation, preparing IPC recommendation, financial statement, VO processing, attending meetings, preparing estimates, tender documents, etc. for Sub-Contract Tenders, etc.

2) Controlling and monitoring accessories / materials needed for the project.

3) To assist in the preparation of the tender BQ, submittals and proposals.

4) Other related duties as assigned by Client’s representatives, superior and director in charge.

Job highlights :

1) Having minimum 5 Years working experience with QS Consultant firm

2) Job scope - Assist Senior Executive in the Tender Documents & BQ preparation, tender evaluation, monthly valuation, preparing IPC recommendation, financial statement, VO processing, attending meetings, preparing estimates, etc.

3) Able to work with minimum supervision

4) Candidates with measurement software knowledge especially Glodon and Cost-X stand a higher chance to be recruited.

5) Computer literate and familiar with Microsoft Office.

6) Posses own transport

Job Types: Full-time, Contract
Contract length: 36 months

Pay: RM6,000.00 per month
