Full Time Haulage Operation Controller Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in HANSON GLOBAL FREIGHT SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

We are expanding our logistics team and are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Haulage Operation Controller to manage daily transport operations, coordinate port and depot activities, and ensure smooth execution of container movements.

Job Scope

• Coordinate port and depot booking arrangements.
• Assign and manage booking slots efficiently.
• Arrange depot booking for container collection and return.
• Communicate daily job instructions to drivers.
• Notify drivers and customers of any changes in schedule.
• Handle documentation for port and depot (Export: CMO; Import: K1, e-gate pass/permit).
• Track and monitor container movements to ensure timely delivery.
• Prepare and maintain operational reports and records.
• Liaise with port, depot, operation team, and customers for smooth operations.
• Resolve operational issues and provide timely solutions.

Requirements

• Experience in haulage or logistics operations preferred.
• Knowledge of port procedures and container documentation.
• Good communication and coordination skills.
• Strong multitasking and organizational skills.
• Basic computer knowledge (Excel, email, logistics system).
• Familiarity with GPS tracking systems is an advantage.
• Good problem-solving and decision-making ability.
