Full Time Operations Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to MYR 5,700 in BEST GLOBAL LOGISTICS TECHNOLOGY (MALAYSIA) SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Job Responsibilities of the Operations Supervisor:

1. Oversee all aspects of production operations and promptly report to relevant departments.

2. Compile and prepare various data reports, ensuring timeliness and accuracy.

3. Implement 5S management on the shop floor.

4. Develop and execute training plans for the team, while effectively managing the team.

5. Assist the operations department in resolving operational issues to ensure smooth production and operations.

6. Monitor KPIs across teams and prepare operational performance analysis reports.

Job Requirements:

1. At least 3 years of experience in logistics management; a relevant degree is required; age 25–40; candidates with extensive experience may be considered under more flexible requirements.

2. At least 5 years of experience in data collection and analysis, with management experience; a college degree or higher is preferred.

3. Proficient in using office software and related tools.

4. Able to think independently, analyze problems, and demonstrate quick thinking.

5. Strong verbal and written communication skills.

Pay: RM4,000.00 - RM5,700.00 per month
