Full Time Operations Executive Jobs, salary up to MYR 5,000 in BRIGHT STAR LOGISTICS SDN BHD Shah Alam - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate and monitor daily transportation and delivery operations to ensure smooth and efficient service.
• Plan and assign daily delivery schedules to drivers while optimizing routes for operational efficiency.
• Monitor vehicle movements through the GPS tracking system and follow up on delivery progress.
• Ensure all deliveries and collections are completed accurately and within the required timeline.
• Respond promptly to operational issues, delivery delays, and customer inquiries or complaints.
• Work closely with the Office and Operations teams to ensure accurate loading, unloading, and delivery of goods.
• Coordinate with the Administration Department on fleet-related matters, including vehicle maintenance, servicing, road tax, insurance renewals, and inspections, while monitoring vehicle availability for daily operations.
• Ensure compliance with company policies, standard operating procedures (SOPs), safety regulations, and customer requirements.
• Monitor driver attendance, discipline, grooming, and compliance with company policies and safety standards.
• Conduct daily operational briefings and communicate work schedules, operational updates, and safety reminders to drivers.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement to enhance operational efficiency, service quality, and cost control.
• Perform any other duties or responsibilities assigned by Management from time to time.

Requirements

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• SPM holders with relevant logistics experience are encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of experience in logistics, transportation, or courier operations.
• Good understanding of transportation and logistics operations.
• Knowledge of route planning and fleet coordination.
• Experience using GPS tracking and logistics management systems is an advantage.
• Good communication, coordination and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• Able to work flexible hours, weekends, or public holidays when required.

Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
