Kerja Sepenuh Masa Site Supervisor, Gaji tinggi MYR 3,200 di Pembinaan Wijaya Maju Selangor - Maukerja

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES

• Review construction drawings, specifications, and work programs.
• Monitor and coordinate daily work activities of workers and subcontractors
• Ensure tasks are carried out according to drawing plans, specifications, and schedule.
• Be present on-site to resolve small issues immediately.
• Enforce safety procedures (e.g., PPE use, fall protection), conduct daily toolbox talks or briefings.
• Check workmanship and materials against required standards.
• Coordinate with suppliers and deliveries.
• Assisting in preparing pre-construction document such as work programmed, MOS, HIRARC, Material approval form, PTW and other related doc at office
• Assisting in liaising with stakeholders on specifications, needs, and request statements, information collection, and confirmation at office.

QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS

• Minimum Diploma in related fields.
• Required 1 years of working experience in either ID/civil, M&E engineering and building works as site supervisor.
• Basic computer skills in Microsoft Office (excel & word)
• Basic beginner skills in Microsoft Project and AutoCAD will be an added advantage.
• A team player with the ability to interact at all levels.
• Willingness to travel and work in outstations.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

• Candidates must be willing to travel around the Malaysian Peninsular and have their own transport.
• Probation period is 3 or 6 months, depending on the candidate's performance.
• Notice Period: 1 - 3month maximum

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,200.00 per month
