Responsibilities

Office & Document Management

• Maintain organised physical and digital filing systems so documents are easy to find and audit-ready.
• Prepare and file invoices, delivery orders, and routine paperwork to keep transactions on track.

Operations Coordination

• Coordinate daily schedules and communicate with service and sales teams to ensure smooth handovers.
• Liaise with suppliers and track small stock or parts requests to support service continuity.

Reporting & Performance

• Compile basic performance reports and summary notes that help supervisors see trends faster.
• Assist in ad hoc data collection and simple analysis to support operational decisions.

Requirements

Qualifications & Experience

• SPM, Diploma, or equivalent, with 0 years of experience; fresh graduates are welcome.

Hard Skills & Knowledge

• Report Writing, File Management, Performance Reporting are required skills for this role.
• Comfortable with Microsoft Office, especially Excel, and basic record keeping systems.

Soft Skills & Qualities

• Organised and detail oriented with clear written and verbal communication.
• Reliable, responsive, and ready to support a small team in a hands-on environment.
