Job Title: Dispatch Clerk

Job Description

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

1. Delivery and collection of mail, documents, cheques and other items from banks, law firms, clients and other relevant parties.
2. Attending to completion matters, including collection and delivery of completion documents and cashier’s orders.
3. Carrying out general dispatch duties and other ad-hoc administrative tasks as assigned.

Requirements

• Good knowledge of Singapore roads, buildings and business districts.
• Prior working experience in a law firm will be an advantage.
• Must be able to commute by public transport. Not looking for motorcyclist.
• Generally fit, responsible, punctual and able to work independently.
