1. Receiving & Storage Receive incoming materials, raw materials, and finished goods from suppliers or production. Check quantity and condition of items against delivery documents. Properly label, store, and arrange items in designated warehouse locations. 2. Inventory Control Update inventory records accurately in the system or manual logs. Assist in regular stock counts, cycle counts, and stock audits. Report any discrepancies, shortages, or damages to the supervisor. 3. Picking, Packing & Dispatch Pick and pack materials or products according to delivery orders or production requests. Prepare and verify delivery documents for outgoing goods. Ensure all items are properly packed and ready for shipment. 4. Loading & Unloading Assist in loading and unloading goods from trucks or containers. Handle materials safely to prevent damage or loss. Coordinate with logistics and production teams for smooth operations. 5. Warehouse Safety & Housekeeping Maintain cleanliness, organization, and safety of the warehouse area. Follow company safety procedures, SOPs, and EHS requirements. Ensure proper storage to avoid accidents and material damage. 6. Equipment Handling Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks or forklifts (if certified). Ensure equipment is used safely and report any malfunction. 7. Ad-Hoc Duties Perform other warehouse or operational tasks as assigned by the Warehouse Supervisor or Management.
