About the role

Assured Engineering Sdn Bhd is seeking an experienced and proactive Admin Assistant to join our team in Kepong, Kuala Lumpur. This full-time role will be responsible for providing administrative support to the wider business, ensuring the smooth running of day-to-day operations.

What you'll be doing

• Documents handling, filing and internal coordination.

• Handling incoming phone calls, emails and correspondence, and directing enquiries to the appropriate person

• Maintaining and organising office systems, procedures and paperwork, including data entry and filing

• Providing admin support to other departments as required

What we're looking for

• Fresh Graduates are welcomed.

• Proficient in using Microsoft Office, Autocount system(Preferably) & understand ISO 9001:2015 .

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact with people at all levels

• A positive, proactive and customer-focused attitude
