Job Responsibility : -

• Manage, supervise, coordinate and ensure all works are according to approved drawings, specifications and follow timeline given.

• Manage implementation of project activities including construction, project execution, installation, maintenance and works

• Responsible to lead project members towards accomplishing each project and resolving technical/ operational issues,

• Responsible for managing clients' expectation.

• Coordinate internally to produce product samples, mock-up for clients and ensuring a smooth process of supplying products to the site.

• Ensuring the project is according to schedule and budget.

• Lead and manage Project team successfully carry out projects within budgeted cost and within time. To ensure customer satisfaction with the product and services

• Liaise with consultants, clients, suppliers, sub-contractors and suppliers on work instruction and other construction operation issues.

• |Monitor project execution schedule and ensure meeting project deliverables

• Perform interim progress claims, monitor progress payments and determine variation orders

• Ensure compliance of the relevant quality and safety standards procedures and other statutory requirements

• Attend site/technical meeting or meeting with clients on project progress.

• Ensure timely reporting on project work progress and reports to Management.

Job Requirements : -

• At least 6 to 10 year(s) of working experience in as a Project Manager in the related field is required for this position

• At least Bachelor Degree in Civil Engineering or similar relevant field

• Good command of English and report writing skill

• Excellent organizational and time-management skills

• Outstanding communication, interpersonal and leadership skills

• Excellent time management skills
