We Are Hiring: Maintenance Carpenter / Handyman

Job Description:

We are looking for a reliable and skilled individual to join our maintenance team. Your responsibilities will include:

• Repairing and maintaining furniture, doors, and windows

• Performing upholstery repairs on hotel furniture

• Fixing door locks and handles

• Carrying out minor repairs on floor and wall carpets

• Repair and maintenance of interior and exterior woodwork, fixtures, ceiling, and roof frames

• Handling furniture repair and maintenance in guest rooms

Requirements:

• SPM, Certificate, or Diploma in Carpentry, Maintenance, or a related technical field

• Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, provided they possess basic technical knowledge or relevant coursework

• For senior roles, at least 2–3 years of experience in general maintenance or carpentry is preferred

• Basic knowledge of tools, hardware, and maintenance practices

• Able to work independently and manage tasks efficiently

• Willingness to work under pressure, including overtime and on public holidays, as required

• Must have own transport
