Kerja Sepenuh Masa, Logistic Manager di WIKA Instrumentation Selangor - Maukerja

Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage daily logistics, warehouse, transportation, and distribution activities.

• Oversee receiving, storage, inventory handling, picking, packing, and dispatch of materials and finished goods.

• Ensure timely delivery of materials to support production and finished goods to customers.

• Monitor inventory accuracy, stock levels, inventory ageing, and warehouse efficiency.

• Coordinate local and international shipments, including import/export documentation and customs clearance.

• Manage and monitor freight forwarders, transporters, courier companies, and other logistics service providers.

• Monitor logistics costs and identify opportunities for cost reduction and operational efficiency.

• Develop and improve logistics processes, procedures, and inventory-control practices.

• Work closely with internal departments to resolve delivery, inventory, and logistics-related issues.

• Lead and develop the logistics and warehouse team, including manpower planning, performance management, and training.

• Ensure logistics and warehouse activities comply with company policies, safety requirements, quality standards, and applicable regulations.

• Monitor logistics KPIs and provide regular performance reports and improvement recommendations to management.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance productivity, service levels, inventory accuracy, and cost efficiency.

Requirement:

• Experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment is a MUST

• Good knowledge of warehouse management, inventory control, transportation and logistics operations

• Experience in import/export, customs clearance and international shipping is preferred.

• Strong analytical, problem solving, planning and organizational skills.

• Good negotiation and vendor-management skills.

Qualifications:   

Possess at least Diploma in Business Management, Business Administration, Logistic, Supply Chain or equivalent
