Job Description – Ward Aide

• Assist residents with bathing, dressing, grooming, feeding, and toileting.
• Assist residents with mobility, transfers, and positioning.
• Maintain cleanliness and comfort of residents and ward areas.
• Assist nurses with basic care duties as instructed.
• Monitor and report any changes in residents’ condition to nurses.
• Provide companionship and emotional support to residents.
• Follow infection control, safety, and workplace procedures.
• Perform other duties assigned by the Nurse Manager or Supervisor.

Requirements:

• Minimum SPM or equivalent.
• Previous healthcare or caregiving experience is an advantage.
• Caring, patient, responsible, and compassionate.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.
• Willing to work shifts, weekends, and public holidays.

Pay: RM1,700.00 - RM2,200.00 per month
