Full Time OPERATIONS ASSISTANT Jobs, Salary up to MYR 3,500 in WEI DAT STEEL WIRE SDN. BHD. Perak - Maukerja

• Assist to handle local shipment and dealing with lorry drivers.
• Handle PO issuance.
• Assist in updating purchasing records / data and pricing in the system.
• Assist prepare customer orders reports and summarize data including sales report and book value.
• Support relevant departments with quotations for the purpose of tenders.
• Monitor and coordinate with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
• Monitor and co-ordinate deliveries of items between suppliers to ensure that all items are delivered to site / store on time.
• Handle and manage inventory levels of materials or products.
• Review and resolve supplier D/O and invoice discrepancies.

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM3,500.00 per month
