Responsibilities
Job Description
1) Supervise and monitor daily civil and structural works at site.
2) Ensure works are carried out in accordance with approved drawings, method statements, and specifications.
3) Coordinate with consultants, subcontractors, and relevant authorities on C&S matters.
4) Conduct site inspections and ensure quality control standards are maintained.
5) Monitor work progress and report to Project Manager on site updates.
6) Check and verify materials delivered to site comply with project requirements.
7) Ensure proper implementation of safety procedures and compliance with OSHA requirements.
8) Attend site meetings and technical coordination meetings.
9) Identify site issues and propose solutions to avoid delay or rework.
10) Ensure proper documentation, including site records, inspection reports, and progress reports.
11) Monitor subcontractor performance and workmanship quality.
12) Assist in testing and commissioning related to structural works where applicable.
13) Perform other duties as assigned by the superior / management.
Job Requirements
1) Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering or equivalent.
2) Minimum 3–5 years of site supervision experience in civil and structural works.
3) Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality standards.
4) Familiar with local authority requirements and building regulations.
5) Ability to read and interpret construction drawings.
6) Good communication and coordination skills.
7) Able to work independently and under pressure.
8) Ability to work under pressure and maintain a strong presence on-site.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresh graduate
Pay: RM3,500.00 - RM5,000.00 per month
