Key Responsibilities

* Install, configure, repair, and troubleshoot computer hardware and software

* Install and maintain Windows operating systems and related applications

* Maintain and service computers, printers, scanners, and other IT equipment

* Perform basic network troubleshooting (LAN, Wi-Fi, etc.)

* Provide day-to-day IT technical support to staff

* Ensure proper maintenance and upkeep of IT equipment

* Carry out other IT-related duties as assigned

Requirements

* Prior experience in a Computer Technician / IT Support role is preferred

* Strong knowledge of PC hardware, Windows OS, and basic networking

* Ability to independently diagnose and resolve technical issues

* Responsible, proactive, and willing to learn

* Relevant working experience will be an added advantage

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM2,500.00 per month

Education:

• Diploma/Advanced Diploma (Preferred)

Experience:

• IT support: 1 year (Preferred)
