Full Time Facilities Manager Jobs, in Auxo Talent Federal Territory - Maukerja

We are hiring an experienced FM Manager / Facility Manager to join a growing data center operations team. This role will suit someone with a strong background in critical facilities, M&E infrastructure and high-voltage electrical systems, who is looking to take ownership of facility performance and technical operations.

The successful candidate will work closely with engineering teams, service providers and key stakeholders to ensure the facility infrastructure remains safe, reliable and operating to the required standards.

What You'll Be Responsible For

Take overall ownership of facility engineering and M&E operations supporting the data center.

Lead and develop a team of engineers, technicians and external service partners.

Oversee the performance and maintenance of electrical, mechanical and building services infrastructure.

Ensure critical assets such as HV/LV systems, generators, UPS, transformers, chillers, CRAC/CRAH and fire protection systems are properly maintained and available.

Plan and coordinate scheduled maintenance, equipment servicing and major engineering activities.

Review technical procedures and ensure maintenance work is properly planned, controlled and documented.

What We're Looking For

The 33kV Chargeman certification is a key requirement for this position.

Valid Suruhanjaya Tenaga (ST) 33kV Chargeman certification – B0/BO, B1 or B4

Minimum 1 to 3 years of Data Centre experience

At least 2 to 5 years' experience working with critical infrastructure

Strong understanding of HV/LV electrical and mechanical systems

Practical experience with UPS, generators, transformers, chillers, CRAC/CRAH, PDU and associated critical infrastructure

Experience leading technical teams and third-party contractors

Good understanding of facility maintenance, engineering procedures and statutory compliance
