Full Time Business Development Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 7,500 in BNL SERVICES PTE LTD East Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are looking for a driven Business Development Manager to grow our business in the Environmental Services sector, including landscaping, cleaning, stewarding and waste management . You will be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strong client relationships, preparing proposals, and closing deals.

Key Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new business opportunities in landscaping, cleaning, stewarding and waste management services
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, consultants and key stakeholders
• Prepare quotations, tenders, proposals and presentations
• Conduct site visits and understand operational requirements before pricing
• Work closely with Operations to ensure smooth service delivery and client satisfaction
• Meet sales targets and support company growth strategies
Track market trends, competitor activities and customer needs

Requirements

• Minimum 2–5 years of sales / business development experience in environmental services
• Strong knowledge of landscaping, cleaning, stewarding or waste management (must have at least one)
• Experience in tender / quotation preparation is an advantage
• Good communication, negotiation and presentation skills
• Self-motivated, results-driven, able to work independently
Possess Class 3 driving licence is an advantage
