Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Interpret and measure building drawings to extract accurate data for project needs
• Prepare detailed bills of quantities to support project costing and procurement
• Analyze tender documents, contracts, specifications, and terms to ensure compliance and clarity
• Evaluate quotations, prices, and rates by building up rates and performing pricing analysis for informed decision-making
• Administer contracts by valuing payments and assessing variation claims according to contract requirements
• Manage all tender activities essential for procuring new projects, ensuring thoroughness and timeliness
• Work independently and collaboratively within teams to achieve project goals
• Complete all assigned tasks and obligations within stipulated deadlines and constraints

Required competencies and certifications
