Marketing

• Develop and implement marketing strategies to enhance the company's brand awareness and business growth.
• Manage the company's website and social media platforms, including creating marketing content and promotional materials.
• Coordinate marketing campaigns, exhibitions, client events, and business development activities.
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify new business opportunities.

Executive Assistant

• Provide comprehensive administrative support to the Managing Director.
• Manage calendars, arrange meetings, business travel, and appointments.
• Prepare reports, presentations, meeting minutes, and business correspondence.
• Coordinate communication with clients, suppliers, government agencies, and other stakeholders.
• Handle confidential documents and assist with special projects as assigned.

Accounting

• Maintain accurate financial records and bookkeeping.
• Process invoices, payments, expense claims, and bank reconciliations.
• Assist in preparing monthly financial reports and supporting external accountants during audits.
• Monitor accounts receivable and payable to ensure timely collections and payments.
• Maintain proper filing of financial documents and ensure compliance with company policies and relevant regulations.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree or diploma in Business, Marketing, Accounting, or a related discipline.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, especially Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Experience with accounting software is an advantage.
• Positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
