Full Time EHS Engineer - Pharma Jobs, Salary up to SGD 6,500 in ORION PROJECT SERVICES PTE. LTD. - Maukerja

Orion Group Life Sciences are currently recruiting an EHS Engineer on behalf of our Multinational Biopharmaceutical Client based in Tuas, on an initial 12 month contract with potential to extend.

Responsibilities:

• Implementation of EHS risk management programs in accordance with applicable legal and other requirements.

• Implementation of EHS initiatives and program to promote Environmental, Health & Safety culture across the site.

• Support in implementation of EHS improvement projects.

• Conduct regular EHS audits and inspections across various manufacturing processes and unit operations.

• Provide support to ensure compliance with applicable EHS legal and corporate requirements.

• Assist in EHS permitting, submissions and coordination with external regulatory agencies.

• Conduct the EHS incident investigation and reporting.

• Track corrective actions and close out findings and action plan.

• Implementation of EHS training programs and competency programs. Conduct EHS related training and safety awareness sessions across sites.

• Support the implementation of the Process Safety Management system in accordance with applicable legal and corporate requirements.

• Participate in Process Hazard Analysis (HAZOP, FMEA) and Risk Assessment (RA).

• Assist in implementation of Occupational Health and Industrial Hygiene programs.

Education

• Diploma / Bachelor of Science Degree in Engineering, Environmental, Occupational Safety & Health or equivalent.

Essential Skills, Experience, and Competencies (includes Licenses, Credentials)

• Keen to learn and show great interest in EHS. Demonstrate a willingness to learn, adapt to changing requirements.

• Good understanding of workplace safety and EHS management systems, with the ability to identify, evaluate, and mitigate risks effectively.

• Good communication skills.

• Excellent team players willing to work for the common goal.

• WSHO registration is an advantage, but not required
