• Minimum 7 years of hands-on OutSystems development experience.

• Minimum 5+ years leading teams on the OutSystems Platform

• OutSystems certification at the Web Developer Specialist level or higher.

• Proven experience delivering applications using Agile Scrum methodologies across the full software development lifecycle.

• Demonstrated experience building and delivering digital products for government or public sector organizations.

• Strong knowledge of OutSystems architecture, application lifecycle management, integration patterns, and platform best practices.

• Excellent leadership, stakeholder management, communication, and problem-solving skills.
