Full Time Postnatal Spa Centre Manager Jobs, Salary up to SGD 4,000 in Ht 1 Pte. Ltd. North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Postnatal Spa Centre Manager to lead our postnatal wellness team and ensure the highest standards of service and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the daily operations and overall management of the Postnatal Spa Centre.
• Lead, coordinate and supervise postnatal therapists, customer service staff and administrative personnel.
• Ensure the centre maintains a clean, safe and welcoming environment in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the implementation of Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and continuously improve operational processes.
• Welcome and assist new mothers and their families, ensuring a smooth and comfortable postnatal experience.
• Build strong relationships with residents and promptly address customer enquiries, feedback and service recovery.
• Handle customer complaints professionally and implement appropriate solutions in a timely manner.
• Plan staff rosters, manage manpower allocation and support recruitment when required.
• Train, coach and monitor staff performance to maintain high service standards.
• Conduct regular performance reviews and foster a positive, collaborative and professional working culture.
• Drive continuous service improvement initiatives to enhance customer satisfaction.
• Support marketing campaigns, centre open houses and customer tours.
• Work closely with management to achieve operational objectives and Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).

Requirements

• Minimum 2 years of experience in a postnatal care centre, confinement centre, wellness, hospitality, healthcare or customer service environment.
• Strong leadership, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent customer service mindset with the ability to resolve customer concerns professionally.
• Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks and manage multiple responsibilities.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office.
