Responsibilities

  • Handle shipping documentation and process
  • Attending to customer’s enquiries and feedback
  • Follow-up and advice customer on shipment status
  • Attend correspondence with loading port agent
  • Handle permit declaration via Tradenet
  • Assist in ensuring smooth running in operations
  • Ad-hoc duties as assigned by Management
