Full Time Warehouse Supervisor Jobs, Salary up to SGD 2,950 in YES NATURAL TRADING PTE. LTD. North-east Region (Singapore) - Maukerja

Key Responsibilities:

• Supervise and manage daily warehouse activities including receiving, storage, packing, and dispatch of goods.
• Lead and coordinate a team of full-time and part-time warehouse staff.
• Plan and organize workflows to meet operational timelines and priorities.
• Ensure incoming goods are accurately received, inspected, and sorted.
• Monitor and maintain inventory accuracy through regular stock checks and updates.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment that complies with safety regulations.
• Ensure all items are stored in an orderly manner based on frequency of use and accessibility.
• Train new and existing staff on store procedures and operational standards.
• Oversee and participate in stocktaking and audit activities.
• Liaise with relevant departments to coordinate logistics and resolve discrepancies.
• Provide coaching and support to team members, and recommend relevant training where needed.
• Perform driving duties for heavy scheduled deliveries as and when required.
• Cover duties of absent staff or assist during operational peak periods when needed.
• Maintain tools, equipment, and storage areas to ensure good working condition and compliance.
