Job Summary

Responsibilities

• Assist Head Chef, Sous Chef, or Junior Sous Chef during service to ensure timely preparation and delivery of dishes
• Maintain dish quality by ensuring presentation, taste, texture, and portion sizes meet company standards
• Verify ingredient accuracy by using specified ingredients to uphold consistent food quality
• Manage and maintain cleanliness and organization of your station, assuming overall responsibility for its readiness
• Communicate with team members to identify and address section improvements or challenges
• Inspect all dishes prepared and presented in your section to ensure compliance with company standards

Required competencies and certifications

• Minimum 1-2 years of experience working in the restaurant or hospitality industry
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
• Willingness to learn and strong motivation to excel
• Availability to work weekends and public holidays
• Immediate availability
