Job Summary

We are looking for a Human Resource Executive to support the company's HR operations, recruitment, employee onboarding, payroll administration, employee engagement, and HR compliance activities. The ideal candidate should be organized, detail-oriented, and passionate about people and workplace culture.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes and coordinate interviews to attract qualified candidates
• Prepare accurate employment contracts and onboarding documents to ensure smooth new hire integration
• Coordinate onboarding activities for new employees and manage staff exit procedures to maintain compliance
• Maintain and update employee records and HR databases to ensure data accuracy and accessibility
• Support payroll processing, leave management, and benefits administration to ensure timely and accurate employee compensation
• Organize employee engagement initiatives and company events to foster a positive workplace culture
• Assist in administering performance appraisals and training programs to support employee development
• Ensure adherence to HR policies and compliance with employment regulations across jurisdictions
• Perform general HR administrative duties to support daily HR operations efficiently

Preferred competencies and qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field
• 1-3 years of HR experience preferred
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
• Knowledge of Singapore, Malaysia, and Indonesia employment regulations is an advantage
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with employees and stakeholders
• Strong organizational and administrative abilities to manage multiple HR tasks and priorities
