We are looking for a passionate and driven Business Development Manager to join our team, specializing in premium Japanese seafood and Wagyu meat.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and grow sales with hotels, restaurants, fine dining establishments, and F&B groups.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with chefs, purchasing managers, and key decision-makers.
• Identify new business opportunities and expand the customer base.
• Present premium Japanese seafood and meat products professionally.
• Achieve monthly sales targets and provide excellent customer service.
• Coordinate closely with the operations team to ensure timely deliveries and customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Experience in B2B sales, preferably in premium food, seafood, meat, or the hospitality industry.
• Existing network within hotels and restaurants is an advantage.
• Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Possess a valid driving licence (preferred).
