Job Summary

You will supervise Addition & Alteration projects, ensuring compliance with client requirements and safety standards while coordinating with stakeholders to deliver quality engineering outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Supervise Addition & Alteration works to ensure adherence to project specifications and quality installation techniques
• Collaborate with Project Manager and Engineer to prepare Work Method Statements, Risk Assessments, and related client documentation
• Interpret schematic drawings to guide installation and project execution
• Understand and apply client-specific site requirements for work activities
• Prepare and submit project documents to clients accurately and timely
• Coordinate and liaise with subcontractors, suppliers, vendors, and clients to facilitate smooth project progress
• Monitor project progress and prepare detailed handover reports upon completion
• Enforce site safety protocols and ensure compliance with all safety requirements
• Prepare testing documentation as requested by Project Manager or Engineer for the project scope
• Perform additional duties assigned by superiors to support project delivery
