Tender & Proposal

• Prepare, coordinate, and submit tender documents, quotations, proposals, and company submissions.
• Review tender requirements, specifications, terms, conditions, and submission checklists.
• Compile all required documents such as company profile, licences, certificates, financial information, experience records, and supporting documents.
• Coordinate with Operations, Finance, HR, and Management to obtain information required for tender submissions.
• Prepare and format technical and commercial proposals.
• Ensure all documents are complete, accurate, properly signed, stamped, and arranged according to tender requirements.
• Monitor tender deadlines and ensure timely submission.
• Maintain a proper record of all tenders, quotations, submissions, and tender results.
• Assist with tender clarification, presentations, interviews, and client requests.
• Coordinate and prepare documents for site visits and tender briefings.

Marketing

• Assist in planning and implementing company marketing activities.
• Prepare company profiles, brochures, presentations, flyers, proposals, and marketing materials.
• Assist in managing company social media platforms and preparing marketing content.
• Identify and compile potential clients, projects, tenders, and business opportunities.
• Conduct basic market and competitor research.
• Assist the Business Development team in following up with potential clients.
• Coordinate client meetings, site visits, presentations, and marketing activities.
• Maintain an updated database of clients, prospects, tenders, and business opportunities.
• Support promotional activities to increase company visibility and generate new business leads.

Pay: From RM1,700.00 per month
