Full Time KITCHEN CREW ( COMMIS) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 1,850 in HOCK LEE DEVELOPMENT SDN.BHD. Sarawak - Maukerja

· Able to operate kitchen equipment like braising pan, baking ovens, stoves, grills, microwaves and fryers

· Prepare ingredients for cooking, including portioning, chopping, and storing food

· Prepares, seasons, and cooks a wide variety of meats, vegetables, soups, breakfast dishes and other food items

· Washand peel fresh fruits, vegetables and also able to weigh, measure and mixing ingredients in correct proportions

· Set-up the station with parstocks of menu items, and prepare the dishes designated for that station

· Keep work area at all times in hygienic conditions according to the rules set by the hotel

-Control food stock and food cost in his section/kitchen

-Follow and maintain cleanliness and good hygiene practices in the kitchen

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM1,730.00 - RM1,850.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Kuching: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)

Education:

• STM/STPM (Preferred)

Experience:

• cooking: 1 year (Preferred)
• Kitchen management: 1 year (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• Typhoid Injection (Preferred)
• Food Handler Certificate (Preferred)
