The Role We are looking for a proactive assistant to help keep our daily operations running smoothly. You do not need to be a senior accountant for this role—we are looking for someone with a solid grasp of basic accounting principles and the ability to handle general office administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist with daily bookkeeping and basic accounting tasks (invoicing, tracking receipts, and processing payments).
• Maintain and update financial records using cloud accounting software (Bukku).
• Provide general administrative support to the team and management.
• Manage filing systems, data entry, and basic office supplies.
• Assist in preparing simple financial summaries or reports when required.

What We Are Looking For

• Basic understanding of accounting principles (LCCI, Diploma in Accounting, or equivalent is a bonus, but practical experience counts!).
• Familiarity with Bukku or similar cloud-based accounting software.
• 1–2 years of experience in an accounting or administrative role (fresh graduates with a strong willingness to learn are welcome to apply).
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask effectively.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word).
