Customer Service & Sales

• Deliver a friendly and professional shopping experience to all customers.
• Understand customers’ preferences and requirements through effective communication.
• Recommend suitable products based on customers’ needs and provide product guidance.
• Build positive customer relationships and ensure a pleasant experience from start to finish.
• Apply effective selling techniques to achieve individual and store sales targets.

Store Operations

• Handle POS transactions, cashless payments, and credit card transactions accurately.
• Maintain proper records of stock, sales, and merchandise movement.
• Monitor product availability and replenish merchandise when required.
• Assist with stock transfers between stores and ensure proper documentation.
• Support product displays, visual merchandising, and store presentation.
• Assist in organising the warehouse and shop floor to maintain an efficient layout.
• Ensure products and displays are properly arranged and presented according to store standards.

Store Presentation & Housekeeping

• Maintain a clean, neat, and organised store environment at all times.
• Ensure promotional materials and product information are properly displayed.
• Support the overall visual appearance and image of the store.
• Perform regular housekeeping duties to ensure the shop remains presentable and welcoming to customers.

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM2,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
