Full Time SITE MANAGER Jobs, Salary up to MYR 6,000 in HY SOLUTION SDN BHD Selangor - Maukerja

Requirements :

• Diploma / Bachelor Degree or Higher in related field
• Preferably with at least 8 to 10 years working experience in Construction industry (Building).
• Ability to plan, implement and control construction works.
• Strong analytical and leadership skills.
• Mature, with excellent interpersonal and communication skills and able to interact well with all parties concerned.
• Must be computer literate.

Job Description :

• Plan, organize and manage construction projects from start to finish, ensuring compliance with specifications, building codes and safety regulations.
• Develop detailed project schedules, including task sequencing, resource allocation and critical milestones and monitor progress against established timelines.
• Oversee and coordinate all on-site activities, including material procurement, subcontractor management and workforce allocation, to ensure effective execution.
• Monitor project budgets and financial performance, identifying and addressing any deviations or potential risks.
• To lead the construction team of engineers and supervisors.
• To fulfill the Company’s contractual obligation to the clients.
• To plan, manage, monitor and control project operations.
• To plan, coordinate and monitor sub-contractor’s activities at project sites.
• To ensure that all works carried out are in accordance with the drawings, specifications, construction plan, procedures, work instruction, etc.
• To report project progress to Top Management.
• To coordinate/chair the internal coordination meeting.
• To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior / HOD.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: RM3,000.00 - RM6,000.00 per month
