Full Time Construction Manager (CM) Jobs, Salary up to MYR 8,000 in DAKOTA CONSTRUCTION SDN BHD Negeri Sembilan - Maukerja

• Minimum 6 years of relevant experience in construction.
• Preferably experienced in shop lot and landed housing construction projects.
• Direct, coordinate, and monitor construction activities at the project site.
• Act as the focal point for construction-related discussions and coordination with the Client’s representatives.
• Coordinate construction matters with the Project, Engineering, Procurement, and Logistics teams.
• Finalize and monitor construction schedules and work procedures to ensure timely project completion.
• Review and verify reports on work progress, materials, manpower, construction equipment, and Variation Orders (VO).
• Prepare regular construction progress and status reports as required by the Client and Project Manager.
• Supervise and monitor site supervisors and subcontractors to ensure smooth execution of construction works.
• Monitor overall site progress and resolve construction-related issues to minimize delays.
• Ensure construction works are carried out according to approved drawings, specifications, quality requirements, and safety standards.

Pay: RM7,000.00 - RM8,000.00 per month
