Responsibilities
Summary of this job:
The Executive will support the Head of Department (HOD) in managing risks by assisting in the identification, assessment and mitigation of potential issues and risks. The role also involves helping to integrate compliance requirements into internal processes, particularly in alignment with the Malaysian Anti-Corruption Commission (MACC) Act.
The role include supporting the development and implementation of anti-bribery and anti-corruption strategies, assisting in compliance awareness programs, and maintaining accurate records of compliance activities. The Executive will also contribute to internal audits and monitoring efforts, helping to promote a culture of transparency, integrity and ethical conduct across the Company.
Key responsibilities of this job:
1. Assist in development, implementation and continuous improvement of compliance strategies, policies and procedures
2. Assist in identifying, assessing and managing risks across the Company to support proactive risk mitigation and effective risk controls
3. Coordinate and support the delivery of compliance awareness and training programmes to promote a strong culture of compliance, ethics and integrity
4. Promote and maintain the Company's commitment to high standards of governance, ethics and integrity
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records and documentation related to compliance activities
6. Assist in conducting compliance gap analysis and reviews
7. Initial reviewer for Company's Policies and Procedures (P&Ps)
Qualification: Minimum of Bachelor's Degree in Risk Management / Accountancy / Finance / Business Management or any related field
Minimum years of experience required to perform this job:
Required functional competencies:
1. Basic understanding of Enterprise Risk Management, internal controls and/or regulatory compliance frameworks
2. Familiarity with ISO standards is an advantages
3. Proficiency in MS Office i.e., Microsoft Excel and Microsoft PowerPoint skills

Pay: RM2,000.00 - RM4,000.00 per month
