Key Responsibilities

Talent Sourcing & Recruitment

• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from job requirement gathering through candidate onboarding.
• Source IT professionals through LinkedIn, job portals, recruitment platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other channels.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified IT candidates for current and future requirements.
• Conduct initial candidate screening, interviews, and competency assessments.
• Evaluate candidates based on technical skills, experience, cultural fit, communication skills, and career objectives.
• Maintain an active talent pool for frequently required IT skills.
• 3–7 years of experience in Talent Acquisition, IT Recruitment, or Technical Recruitment.
• Experience recruiting for an IT consulting, managed services, systems integration, or technology services organisation is highly desirable.
• Experience recruiting both permanent and contract IT professionals is an advantage.
• Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, ATS platforms, job portals, and recruitment analytics.

Pay: RM5,000.00 - RM7,000.00 per month
