Requirements

  • Previous experience in fashion retail, luxury retail, customer service or hospitality is preferred.
  • Strong interest in fashion and personal styling.
  • Warm, friendly and confident communication skills.
  • Comfortable approaching and assisting customers.
  • Able to recommend products and upsell naturally.
  • Responsible and able to work independently.
  • Honest and trustworthy when handling products, payments and customer information.
  • Detail-oriented, particularly with stock and sales records.
  • Comfortable using an iPad, Shopify, WhatsApp and internal communication tools.
  • Able to communicate clearly in English.
  • Additional spoken languages are an advantage.
  • Willing to work according to a retail roster, including weekends and public holidays.
  • Punctual and dependable.
  • Able to maintain a polished and professional appearance.

Responsibilities

  • Welcome customers and provide friendly, personalised styling assistance.
  • Recommend suitable pieces, complete looks and complementary products.
  • Prepare fitting rooms and manage customer appointments.
  • Process sales and customer details accurately through POS System.
  • Handle payments according to company procedures.
  • Check, pack and present purchases according to Brenda Kuoh standards.
  • Complete opening and closing procedures.
  • Check and update stock whenever items enter or leave the studio.
  • Report stock discrepancies, damaged items and customer requests to Operations.
  • Maintain the cleanliness, organisation and visual presentation of the studio.
  • Handle routine customer concerns professionally and escalate all complaints.
  • Submit daily sales, stock and operational reports through communication groups.
